Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date
The prepayment is fully refundable. The money will be refunded to the credit card used for this purchase.

Cancellation between 1-13 days before arrival date
The prepayment is non-refundable.

Cancellations on the arrival date OR No-show
The hotel will keep the prepayment and charge the credit card with remaining amount of the reservation.

Payment:

30% of the reservation is required after free cancellation ends.
The remaining amount must be paid at the reception desk upon check-in.
All payments are secured by JCC Payment Systems Ltd (PCI-DSS).
