Policies

Cancellation

• For cancelations made within 22 days before the expected date of arrival, the full amount of the deposit is reimbursed (minus possible bank transaction charges).
• For cancelations made within 14 to 21 days before the expected date of arrival, 50% of the deposit is reimbursed (minus possible bank transaction charges).
• If there is a no-show on the expected date of arrival up until 23:00,
• the full amount due is charged.
• For departures before the expected departure date it is charged the full amount for the remaining days.

Payment:

• CREDIT CARD guarantee is required for the online booking.
• The hotel can decide to pre-authorise your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds.
• In order to confirm your online booking, 30% of the total booking amount is required as deposit payment via your credit card.
