Σε περίπτωση που ακυρωθεί η κράτηση έως και 14 μέρες πριν την συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία αφίξεως, η προκαταβολή επιστρέφεται.

Πολιτική Ακύρωσης Χαμηλής Περιόδου (20 Mαρτίου- 30 Aπριλίου & 16 Oκτ. - 04 Noεμ.)
Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης κράτησης σε διάστημα λιγότερο από 3 ημέρες πριν την συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία αφίξεως , ισχύει επιβάρυνση 100% του συνολικού κόστους διανυκτερεύσεων.

Πολιτική Ακύρωσης Μέσης Περιόδου (1 May - 4 June & 21 Sept. - 15 Oct.)
Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης κράτησης σε διάστημα λιγότερο από 7 ημέρες πριν την συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία αφίξεως , ισχύει επιβάρυνση 100% του συνολικού κόστους διανυκτερεύσεων.

Πολιτική ακύρωσης Υψηλής περιόδου (5 Ιουνίου - 20 Σεπτ.)
Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης κράτησης σε διάστημα λιγότερο από 14 ημέρες πριν την συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία αφίξεως , ισχύει επιβάρυνση 100% του συνολικού κόστους διανυκτερεύσεων.

Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης στο ξενοδοχείο τη συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία άφιξης ή αναχώρησης εκτός προγραμματισμένης ημερομηνίας, ισχύει χρέωση 100% του συνολικού κόστους διανυκτερεύσεων.

Payment:

• Όλες οι κρατήσεις πρέπει να επικυρώνονται με προκαταβολή της τάξης του 30% κατά τη στιγμή της κράτησης και το υπόλοιπο ποσό να καταβάλλεται κατά την αναχώρηση.
