Cancellation

For reservations cancelled 14 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit is reimbursed.

Low Season Cancellation Fees (20 March- 30 April & 16 Oct. - 04 Nov)
Free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival and 100% of the total cost for 2 days or less.

Middle Season Cancellation Fees (1 May - 4 June & 21 Sept. - 15 Oct.)
Free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival and 100% of the total cost for 6 days or less.

High Season Cancellation Fees (5 June -20 Sept.)
Free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival and 100% of the total cost for 13 days or less.

For no shows or departures prior to arrival date or arrivals after the scheduled date: 100% of total accommodation charges or 100% of remaining balance.

Payment:

• Deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of accommodation required to secure reservation.
• Remaining balance to be paid during your stay at the Hotel.
