Για ακυρώσεις που γίνονται από 14 ημέρες και άνω της προκαθορισμένης ημερομηνίας άφιξης του πελάτη, τότε η προκαταβολή επιστρέφετε και δεν χρεώνονται ακυρωτικά για την κράτηση
Για ακυρώσεις που γίνονται έως και 13 ημέρες από την προκαθορισμένη ημερομηνία άφιξης του πελάτη, τότε η προκαταβολή δεν επιστρέφετε
Σε περίπτωση μη εμφάνισης ή αναχώρησης πριν απο την προκαθορισμένη ημερομηνία αναχώρησης, τότε θα χρεωθούν ακυρωτικά 50% του υπολοίπου ποσού της διαμονής

Για την επιβεβαίωση - διασφάλιση της κράτησής σας απαιτείται προκαταβολή 30%

This summer at Delphi Beach, all services will be provided with great care from a distance. We adapt our operation considering new safety standards and hygiene protocols.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-out time will be at 11 am and check-in time will be at 3 pm in order to have additional time to clean thoroughly the rooms.

DISINFECTION

Housekeeping department employees is formed to the new disinfection standards for cleaning the rooms. In case of a suspicious or confirmed case of coronovarius a separate area will be created with strict distance and occupancy measures for the rooms and special cleaning will be carried out.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Buffets will be maintained. Additional safety measures will be introduced which will be followed by both guests and employees. Meals operating hours will be extended due to the reduced capacity of the restaurants. In addition hands disinfection wil be mandatory upon entry. Temperature will be controlled. Tables will be covered with disposable table mat and cutlery will be on the tables. Strict hygiene and distance mesaures will be applied by employees.

POOLS

The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of our pools areas will be increased. Suitable disinfectant products will be used for the water.

SERVICES

Due to the current situation the kids club and fitness room will not be available.
