LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 14 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit 30% will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 13 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit of30% will not be refunded.
• In case of no-show, or departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining stay.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES VALID FROM 28/05/2024 TO 30/09/2024

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 14 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 13 days to 1 day prior to the arranged arrival date, Delphi Beach will issue a voucher for the deposit you have paid which you can use for any future reservation at Delphi Beach. The voucher will be valid for 18 months from the date of issue and can be used as it is. if the voucher is not redeemed before its expiry date, the amount of the voucher will not be refunded.
• In case of no-show, or departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire stay.

Payment:

• A deposit of 30% will be required to secure your reservation. 
• Delphi Beach Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
