Policies

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation more than 21 days before the arrival date, the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation 21 days or less before the arrival date, 50% of the full amount of stay will be charged (20% deposit + 30% cancellation fees)
• In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged. (20% deposit + 80% balance)
• During high season (from July 15 to September 15), unless otherwise agreed, the minimum stay is 5 nights. In case of modification of the reservation to a shorter than 5 nights stay, a minimum of 5 nights will be charged.
• Upon reservation, please ensure that your card details are valid, your card is authorized for transactions in Greece, and the card limit is sufficient. If your card is not accepted for any reason, and the advance payment amount cannot be charged within 24 hours from the reservation, Kanela Studios reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further notice.
• In the unlikely event of Kanela Studios having to cancel a confirmed reservation for unforeseen reasons, any amount paid by the guest for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, Kanela Studios cannot be held liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements or other charges.

Payment:

In order to confirm a booking, an advance payment (deposit) equal to 20% of the total reservation amount is required. The deposit is payable by credit card.

Upon reservation, please ensure that your card details are valid and the card limit is sufficient. If your card is not accepted for any reason, and the advance payment amount cannot be charged within 24 hours from the reservation, the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further notice.

SETTLING OF THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE (THE AMOUNT REMAINING AFTER THE ADVANCE PAYMENT, EQUAL TO 80% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT) MUST BE DONE ON ARRIVAL.

CURRENTLY ACCEPTED BALANCE PAYMENT METHOD IS CASH ONLY.
