Our four luxury villas – Athina, Evi, Yiannis and Iliaktida – are at your disposal for the vacation of your dreams. Luxury Villas Zakynthos are located in close distance from the capital of Zakynthos (Zante) , and more specifically in the beautiful areas of Vassilikos and Lithakia. Within reach you have access to some of the most famous beaches of the island. In our villas we impersonate all our affection for hospitality.

Villa Athina is the first one you find on your way to Vassilikos. It is an one floor house and can accomodate up to 4 people – Offers a worderful sea view!

Villa Evi is the second villa on your way to Vassilikos. It is a three-floor house and can accomodate up to 8 people – A stone villa that will impress you!

Villa Yiannis, also located in Vassilikos, can accomodate up to 4 people – Our colorful villa!

Villa Ilaktida is located in Lithakia and can accomodate up to 9 people – Big garden and patio!

Policies

Cancellation

• FREE cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled less than 14 days before date of arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show or earlier departure 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Payment:

• 30% non refundable deposit will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
• The rest of the balance (70%) can be paid on arrival
