A roof garden with amazing sea views is offered and port and airport shuttle service can be provided, if requested, at a very reasonable extra charge.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, 30% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
60 days prior arrival nonrefundable 100% Cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking
In case of non-show or early departure, the total stay cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Please note that final booking confirmation is secured within 24 hours by the owner.




 

Payment:

30% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid 60 days prior to arrival date.
