ensure guests receive a warm Zakynthian welcome & stay.

The Villa Pouliezos building consists of 9 apartments and one small house apartment. The building is litteraly on the beach of Alykes.

Policies

Cancellation

• If booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival date, no additional cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card and the advance payment will be refunded.
• If booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date or in case of a no-show, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card (including the advance payment).
• In case of an early departure, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

Payment:

• We will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card.
• Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking.
• You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel.
• The accommodation reserves the right to pre-authorise 50% of the total amount from credit cards 21 days prior to arrival. The credit card will not be charged.
