Located in the beautiful resort of Vasilikos, just 200 metres from the beach of Porto Roma and 800 metres from the well known for the Carreta-Carreta sea turtle, Gerakas beach.

The area is fabulous and very quiet, flushed of olive trees that surround the buildings.

A mini market and a few restaurants can be found a few metres away.

There is a parking place for your cars and a lovely garden around the buildings.

Villa Akrokeramo consists of 10 twin bedded studios (2 persons) either with 2 single beds or double bed, fully equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and private balcony.

Villa Ammolofos consists of 2 two bedroom apartments for 4-5 persons and 4 triple bedroom studios for 3 persons. Each apartment has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast or to cook, bathroom with shower, and a private huge veranda.

The studios are for 3 persons, each of them provided with 1 double and 1 single bed, kitchenette, refrigarator, bathroom with shower and private balcony.

Policies

Cancellation

• If booking is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged. The deposit will be refunded through bank transfer within 14 days of cancellation date.
• If booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date the deposit you have paid to confirm your reservation will not be refunded.
• Changes are allowed up to 21 days before arrival date. For modifications such as total number of guests, numbers of nights etc there may be additional charges according to the accommodation’s policies.
• Any changes after this period are subject to availability and should be confirmed by the accommodation.No refund in case of no show or early departure 
• In case of early departure or no show the deposit is not refunded under any circumstances and the accommodation reserves the right to request or charge 70% of the non stayed nights as compensation, according to European and Greek Laws.

Payment:

• Dimaras Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• To confirm your booking, 30% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card
• or Bank Transfer Order.
• The remaining balance will be paid on arrival at Dimaras Apartments
