It is situated in the Village of Agios Ioannis just six (6) klm from the port/ main town of the Island and 100m from the long sandy beach of Agia Kyriaki.                                                                 



Villa Iris is a two story villa of around 100sqm and consists of three (3) bedrooms, one (1) bathroom and one (1) Wc. Two out of three bedrooms, the master bathroom and a sea view balcony are situated on the upper floor, while the third bedroom, the WC, the lounging area, the fireplace and the fully equipped Kitchen are on the ground floor. Villa Iris has a veranda with an outdoor marmble dining room overlooking the courtyard and the pool and a small portable bbq. Just a five (5) minute walk from Villa Iris is the beach of Agia Kyriaki, with its creastal clean waters, sea sports opportunities and popular tavernas.
