Policies

Cancellation

Cancellations made up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Cancellations or modifications made 14 days - 7 days before the date of arrival 30% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellations or modifications made 7 days - 24 hjours before the date of arrival 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged

Cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of the arrival date, no-shows and early leavers will be charged the total cost of the reservation.

Payment:

Your credit card is held as security for your reservation and is not charged. The whole amount of your booking is payable during your stay with us. Villa Dora reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards before your arrival.
