Cancellation

In case of cancellation one week prior arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.

In case of cancellation less than three days prior arrival, the amount of one night stay will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of non-show or earlier departure, the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

CREDIT CARD

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.

The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.

BANK WIRE TRANSFER

The full amount of the total stay should be deposited up to 6 days prior to arrival.

In case of failure to provide payment as above, Victoria Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation and notification.
