Utopia is located right across Kryoneri Beach, in the centre of Parga. It offers studios with views over the Ionian Sea and has a café- snack bar.

 

The air-conditioned Utopia studios are tastefully decorated in light tones and open out to private balconies. They all come with a flat-screen, satellite TV and a kitchenette with an electric kettle, microwave and mini fridge. Each unit is also equipped with a safety box and hairdryer.

 

The on-site bar serves continental and English breakfast, sandwiches, fresh fruit salads and ice creams, which you can enjoy at the covered terrace overlooking the sea.

 

Within a short drive, guests can visit the numerous, scenic beaches of the area. The port of Igoumenitsa connecting to the island of Corfu is 45 km away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.

Cancellation

For reservations cancelled later than 22 days prior to arrival the 30% deposit is non-refundable. No-show is charged in full.

Payment:

30% of the total stay is charged as deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is not refunable.
