Thomatos Beach Apartments has a beautiful garden with banana trees, roses and seasonal flowers. There is a shaded parking for all customers cars and a special area where the owners, locals and customers “hang out”. Very often our guests organize their own barbeque or dinner parties there.

Cancellation

At Barefoot Contessa, we understand that sometimes travel plans change unexpectedly. That's why we have a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.

• If you cancel your reservation up to 8 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• However, if you cancel 7 days or less before the date of arrival, we will charge 50% of the total reservation amount as a cancellation fee.
• In case of a no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total reservation amount.

Payment:

At Barefoot Contessa, we value the security and privacy of our guests. That's why we have implemented a comprehensive payment policy to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure.

When making a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. Once the reservation is completed, Barefoot Contessa reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the guest’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest.

The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the cardholder and prevents any fraudulent attempts.

Upon arrival at Barefoot Contessa, guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder. If the cardholder is not present, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
