Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 10 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 9 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a cancellation penalty fee equal to 50% of total stay.
• In case of non-show, there will be a full booking cancellation fee.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
