Cancellation

• This rate allows you to cancel without any charge up to 14 days before arrival until 6:00 p.m. local time.
• However, you can change your booking dates with any difference in price that is applicable on the day of the change up to 2 days before arrival.
• For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show, early departure or arrival after the scheduled date there is a charge equal to 100% of the reservation cost.

Payment:

• A prepayment of 10% of the total amount will be charged 14 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
• The remaining amount of 90% will be paid upon arrival.
• A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
