Theano Cottage is situated close to the centre of Gaios and convenient for the shops, bars and restaurants making it ideal for all age groups. The cottage has been recently attractively refurbished, the owners skills with wood and fabric greatly contribute to the style and charm of the property.   

Theano Cottage is well portioned and comfortably furnished in cool natural colours complemented with the wooden floors and pitched ceilings. The living area offers comfy seating and a dining area while the carefully planned separate kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances.

A large private sunbathing terrace to one side of the cottage where the waters of the channel can be glimpsed is ideal for al-fresco dining or just relaxing with a cool drink. The early riser may like to join the local people for a pre-breakfast swim at the beach just 3 minutes walk away. With easy access to all amenities makes this property the perfect holiday retreat

• More than 28 days loss of deposit
• 28days - 8 days before arrival 70% of holiday cost
• Within 7 days  100% of holiday cost.

Note:  Paxos Magic Holidays will try and reimburse you with the total amount of the penalty paid in the case the accommodation you have canceled is booked again.

Payment:

The Deposit of 30% of your holiday cost is required to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
