Policies

Cancellation

A guarantee deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation.

Guarantee deposit will be retained as cancellation penalty in case of any cancellation after the reservation is confirmed.

Any cancellation within 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, non-show or departure earlier to the scheduled date, results to full cancellation fees

Payment:

A guarantee deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation (guarantee deposit is non refundable in case of future cancellation).

The remaining amount will be charged 60 days prior to arrival or on arrival. The property retains the right to preauthorize credit cards.

In case of late cancellation the respective pre-authorized amount will be retained as late cancellation penalty according to the policy at the time of booking.
