Cancellation

Kindly note that cancellation policy changes depending on your date of stay.

03/06 – 18/09: High and Peak Season

In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival in High and Peak season, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival in all seasons, no show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay. 

The credit card used for this reservation should be provided upon check in.

01/04– 02/06 & 19/09 – 31/10: in Low and Middle season

In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival in all seasons, no show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay. 

The credit card used for this reservation should be provided upon check in.

Payment:

In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50% via credit card is required 14 days prior to guest’s arrival in Low and Middle season and 21 days in High and Peak season.

In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival, no show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
