Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 10 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 10 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a one-night cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show, there will be a two-night cancellation fee. In case of departure prior to the arranged date, no refund is applied.

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
