Cancellation

For reservations cancelled:

• 22 days or more  prior to arrival, there are no cancellation fees and the prepayment is fully refunded.
• 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the prepayment is retained.
• 13 or less days prior to arrival, the prepayment is not refunded.

Payment:

30% of the total reservation amount is required as prepayment to secure your reservation.

The prepayment is fully refundable in case of cancellations complying with the Hotels' cancellation policy.
