Cancellation

If cancelled after booking, 20% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If canceled or modified 30 days prior to check in 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of non-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Wire (Bank) transfer

If you will select to make a wire (bank) transfer, please note that you have 3 days limit in order to complete the transaction and send us a copy at info@sonnenhaus.gr. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any prior notice. Also note that for reservations with arrival in the next 7 days you need to contact us immidiately upon reservation in order to secure your reservatoion

Credit card

In order to secure your reservation, you need to provide active credit card details, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
