Cancellation

• Cancellation or modification of bookings up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee charged.
• Cancellation or modification of booking 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of stay will be charged.
• Cancellation or modification of booking 21 - 0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount of stay will be charged.
• In case of early departure, or non-show, 100% of the total amount of stay will be charged.

Payment:

• _{The Cardholder’s name should always be the same with the Guest details name.}
• _{At the time of check-in and for validation reasons, you are kindly requested to present the same credit card on which the reservation's deposit was charged.}
• _{In any other case, the hotel will cancel all previous charges and charge the whole amount of the reservation on a new credit card that you should provide.}
