Cancellation

For cancellations received up to 60 days before arrival, the whole amount is refundable in any case.

For cancellations received up to the arrival day, due to COVID-19 restrictions, customers will be given the possibility to choose between the 2 following options: 1) Full reimbursement of the deposit 2) Voucher with open dates to be used in the future.

In particular, reimbursement will be conducted for cancellations received due to flight cancellations or/and travel restrictions imposed by the governments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

For the reimbursement to be effectuated, guests will be asked to submit the relevant documents proving the claimed force majeure events.

Note: Booking cancellations due to personal reasons will not be reimbursed.

Payment:

For bookings of 7 or more nights: In order to confirm your booking request, a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount is required for the confirmation of your booking.
