Cancellation
- No cancellations fees apply for any cancellations received up to 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date are charged with 100% of the entire cost of the reservation.
- Cancellations made on the arrival date as well as No-shows or departures earlier than the scheduled departure date are charged with 100% fee of the entire cost of the reservation.
Payment:
- A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation.
- All deposits are refundable according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, unless special reservation conditions apply.
- Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Full payment must be settled on the day of expiry of the free cancellation period, which is 21 days prior the date of arrival.
- In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation.
