Cancellation
CANCELLATION BY YOU
It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, we shall then be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
• 6 weeks or more prior to arrival 30 %
• 6 – 4 weeks prior to arrival 50 %
• 4 weeks prior to arrival 100 %
All cancellations must be done in writing and signed by the signatory of the reservation form.
CANCELLATION OR RESERVATION AMENDMENT BY US
In the unlikely event that we will have to make any changes to your confirmed reservation, we will advise you at the earliest date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have reserved, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. If you however do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the reservation and refund the amount paid to us in full. We will not be held liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be pre-paid. Your reservation will not be confirmed unless the deposit is received via credit card charge. The balance of your account should be settled on arrival.
