Cancellation

• If cancelled up to 5 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 4 days or less before the date of arrival; The cost of the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
• In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged.

Payment:

At San Giorgio Villa, we value the security and privacy of our guests. That's why we have implemented a comprehensive payment policy to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure.

When making a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. Once the reservation is completed, San Giorgio Villa reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the guest’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest.

The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the cardholder and prevents any fraudulent attempts.

Upon arrival at San Giorgio Villa, guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder. If the cardholder is not present, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
