Cancellation

• 8 or more days prior to the arrival date of the guest, no fee is charged.

• 7 or less days prior to the arrival date of the guest, 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Payment:

The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, Samos Apartments reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest. The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the card holder and prevents any fraudulent attempts.
