Cancellation

First night stay is charged in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Any cancellation received up to 48 hours before guest’s arrival, there will not be any charge.

Any cancellation received within 48 hours prior the guest’s arrival or No Show, the 1st night will be charged.

In case of early departure, guest will be charged with full cancellation fees of the cancelled nights.

Payment:

Α credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. Τhe Hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking without notification, if provided credit card is not valid.

Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to your arrival ( pre-authorizing a credit card temporarily blocks the amount of your stay, which is released upon your check-out or used towards the final payment) or to charge your credit card 48 hours prior your arrival based on hotel’s cancellation policy.

Guest is required to present photo identification and reservation’s credit card at the time of the check in. Guest’s name must match the credit card holder name and guest’s signature for authorizing the prepayment transaction will be requested upon check in.

In any other case, prepayment will be considered invalidated, charged amount will be refused and total cost of booking will be charged upon check in to a new credit card (physical presence of credit card holder is obligatory) or the amount will be settled by cash.
