Cancellation

• You may cancel gree of charge up to 24h prior to arrival.
• For cancellations later, the 100% of the reservation's total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Payment:

• Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
• You may be charged the total amount anytime, after the free-cancellation period has expired.
