The rental cost includes daily maid service, daily change of towels, one change of linens every 3 days, and all charges that the villa has, such as legal taxes, VAT, electricity, water supply, and air conditioning.

We require a payment of 100% of the total booking cost 30 days prior to the arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. In case of a no-show, 100% of the total payment is required.

If the client decides to check out earlier than the official departure date that is written in this rental agreement, he will be charged for the whole stay.

From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/accommodation from April to October and 4€ per night/accommodation from November to March. This fee will be paid upon arrival.
