Cancellation

Free Cancellation (0% charge): You may cancel your reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made before the deadline stated in your booking confirmation.

Late Cancellation, Last-Minute & No-Show (100% charge): Cancellations made after the free cancellation deadline, less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date (after 15:00 on the day before arrival), or failure to show up (No-Show), will result in a charge of 100%.

Payment:

You pay 500€ at time of booking. The remaining balance will be payable directly upon check-in at the hotel reception.
