Cancellation

In case of cancellation or any other amendment the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancelation or any other amendment 7-0 days before the arrival, non-show or early departure the whole reservation amount will be charged on the credit card.
Late cancellations and any late amendments must be sent in writing to info@princesssun.com .

Payment:

• At the time of booking a 30% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining amount shall be settled upon check-in.

Important Note:
The Cardholder’s name should always be the same as the Guest details name.
Please note that upon arrival a credit card must be provided for settlement/preauthorization of the stay.
At the time of check-in and for validation reasons, you are kindly requested to present the same credit card on which the reservation was charged.
In any other case, the hotel will cancel the previous charges and charge the whole amount of the reservation on a new credit card that you should provide.
