Cancellation

• In case of cancellation 07 days prior to the scheduled arrival in Low (14/05-11/06 & 20/09-03/10), 14 days prior the scheduled arrival in Middle (12/06-02/07 & 13/09-19/09), 21 days prior the scheduled arrival in High (03-09/07 & 30/8 - 12/09) and Peak season (10/7 - 29/08), 40% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.
• In case of cancellation 5 days prior to arrival, non show or of departure earlier than the scheduled one, the total cost of the reservation is required.

Payment:

Deposit of 40% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your credit card to secure your reservation.

Important notification:

• For all reservations, rates do not include climate resilience tax of 15,00 euro per room per night, payable directly by guest upon check out.
