Cancellation

• If the booking is cancelled 30 days before the arrival date no cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

• If the booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card.

• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or is a no-show, either an early departure, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card.

Payment:

• Required 20% of the total amount as bank transfer at the moment of the reservation. We accept bank transfers.
• After making the reservation, the hotel manager will contact you and inform you about different ways to transfer the deposit payment.
• The remaining balance will be charged in your credit card 7 days before your arrival.
• A credit card is required to secure the booking.
