• For reservations cancelled up to 48h prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
• For reservations cancelled in less than 48h prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the cancellation fee equals to 1 night charge.

Christmas Season, Easter, Carnival and all national holidays:

• For reservations cancelled up to 1 week prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
• For reservations cancelled in less than 1 week prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the cancellation fee equals to the total reservation amount.

Payment:

Credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to preauthorise credit cards prior to arrival.
