• If cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival day, no cancellation fee will be charged
• If cancelled or modified later, the 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of early departure, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged

Payment:

• Full payment 3 days before the arrival
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card with the full amount prior to arrival.
• Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
