In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival in Low and Middle season, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival, no show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay. 

The credit card used for this reservation should be provided upon check in.

Payment:

In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost, via credit card or wire bank transfer, is required 7 days prior to guest’s arrival. The rest 50% should be settled 2 days prior to guest’s arrival..

Security Deposit Policy: There is a mandatory security deposit taken at check in by credit card. Guests are required to leave an authorization on their credit card with fixed amount of 300 euros.
