Cancellation

No cancellation charges will be levied if a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 29 days from the arrival date, 30% of the reservation's total amount will be charged (loss of deposit).

From the arrival date or in case of a no show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged (100% penalty).

Payment:

A 30% deposit of the reservation's total will be charged within 29 days from the arrival date.

The all inclusive program includes:

Meals, served in Thalassa main restaurant: Breakfast buffet from 07:30 till 10:30 am, lunch buffet from 12:30 till 14:30 pm and dinner buffet from 18:45 till 21:00 pm. Dinner (in exchange to the entitled dinner at the main restaurant) in Ouzaki Anemos Taverna: available with advanced reservation only.
Served at the Pool snack bar: Ice cream from 10:00 am to 18:30 pm & snacks from 11:30 am to 16:30 pm.
Served in the Nautilus Bar: snacks from 10:30 am to 24:00 am.
Served at both Bars: Cookies / cakes from 15:00 till 17:00 pm.
Beverages: Local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served in Nautilus, Pool & Disco bars from 10:00 am till 24:00 am as well as in the designated AI restaurants during their operating hours.
Ancillary: complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel, complimentary beach towels per person, complimentary sun beds & parasols in the pool and beach area
