If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded.
After free cancellation has expired, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For last minute cancellations or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

- No deposit will be charged. (Phoenix Hotel reserves the right to preauthorize guests’ credit cards prior to arrival to make sure their cards are valid.)
