"Peter's House" rented apartments are located in Nikiti, one of the most beautiful areas of Halkidiki and only 90km from Thessaloniki and 85 km. from the airport “Macedonia”. It is a “3-key” hotel of the Green key eco-rating system. The apartment complex, completed in 2005, is tastefully built in a quiet neighbourhood - and far enough away from the main road - and within a 1500 m2 garden boasting exceptional beauty.



The sea is only 50m away whereas the harbour of Nikiti – buzzing with life – is a mere 300m away. Tavernas, restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds await you when you take your afternoon or evening stroll.



The studios and the apartments can accommodate from 2 to 6 people respectively.

Cancellation

For reservations cancelled up to 60 days prior to the arrival date : 50% of the total amount of the entire stay will be charged to your credit card.

For reservations cancelled  60  to 0 days prior to arrival or in case of non show or earlier departure: 100% of the entire stay will be charged to your credit card

Payment:

Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. Full account settlement upon departure.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
