Cancellation

• For cancellations made earlier than 7 days prior to arrival there is no charge.
• From 6 days until the arrival date & for  no-shows the penalty is 100% of the total stay of the reservation.
• Early departure is entitled to a 100% of the remaining stay.

Payment:

A pre-authorization of one night will be charged to validate the given credit card and ten days prior the arrival of the guest the full value of the reservation will be charged to that credit card.

The credit card holder would need to present the actual credit card upon check in/check out as well as his passport or ID that should match the name on this credit card.  

A payment through a credit card cannot be accepted if the card holder will not stay at the hotel.
