Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 5 days before the arranged arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 5 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a two-night cancellation penalty fee.
• In case of non-show, there will be a full cancellation penalty fee.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a full cancellation penalty fee of the remaining stay.
