Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place before the mentioned cancellation window (depending on the season - low, middle, high) the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place inside the mentioned cancellation window (depending on the season - low, middle, high) or less, there will be a 50% cancellation penalty fee.
• In the case of no-show, the whole amount will be charged.
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay.

• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival
