Policies

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• In case of cancellation or modification later than 60 days before date of arrival , 25% of the total reservation cost  will be charged.
• In case of cancellation or modification later than  15 days before date of arrival , 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
• In case of cancellation or modification later than 7 days before date of arrival , or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
   

Payment:

Shorter than 3 nights accommodation, one night will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, which is refundable if cancellation is done up to 60 days prior to arrival.

Longer than 3 nights accommodation, 30% of the total amount of stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, which is refundable if cancellation is done up to 60 days prior to arrival. All transaction costs will be charged to the client.
