Cancellation

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 7 days before the arranged arrival date there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 7 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a 50% of the total amount cancellation penalty fee.
• In case of non-show or departure prior to the arranged date, there will be no refund.

Payment:

• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
