Policies

Cancellation

No cancellation charges will be levied if a reservation is cancelled up to 8 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival,  there will be a penalty equal to 50% of the total reservation amount. From the arrival date or in case of an early departure or no show the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation (100% penalty).

Local Time Zone (hotel's time zone) will be applicable.

Payment:

Kindly note a 50% deposit will need to be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Remaining balance is due upon check-in.

If your arrival date is within 7 days from the date you place your reservation, the deposit will be charged online. Alternatively, a payment link will be sent by the hotel via its' payment system, Handshake, to the registered email address on the reservation. Guests will be required to complete the deposit payment online.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation without further notice in case no deposit payment has been received.
