OLYMPIA MARE IS A SMALL HOTEL OF 18 FURNISHED APARTMENTS WITH MINIMALIST STYLE AND A PRIME LOCATION. IT IS SET IN FRONT OF A SANDY BEACH WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE CRYSTAL BLUE SEA BEING THOUGH FOR THE MOST OF THE TIME PROTECTED FROM THE STRONG NORTH WINDS (MELTEMIA).

Policies

Cancellation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation within the 7 days before arrival the guest will be charged 20% of the total price. 

In case of no-show the guest will be charged 50% of the total price. 

In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% for the remaining stay.

Modification on the reservation is allowed based on availability.

Payment:

The hotel reserves the right to charge credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.

Money deposit (20%) is required to secure your reservation if you do not wish to use a credit card.

The rest is not due until the end of your stay and you can pay at check-out using all major credit cards, debit cards or cash.
